The Human Alarm Clock is a platform that is designed to WAKE PEOPLE UP! Through curated talks, tools and sessions, our system keeps waking you up, so that you are focused on what you want to change and deliver on it. An important part of this is transforming your thoughts: realising what you need to change, getting you to be comfortable with being uncomfortable about it and taking steps to change it, however embedded it may be within you. Examples include what’s truly stopping you from getting that promotion, dissolving unconscious/conscious bias, handling uncertainty, dealing with the inner critic, and changing mindsets.
There are various tools that we use to help you stabilise and recalibrate, so that even in difficult times, you have the support you need to pull through. The system works for all levels of the organisation and encourages people to feel, think and act differently.
We do curate sessions for organisations, which can be delivered face to face or through webinars, as well as focused sessions for teams and one on one session.
