Human Engineering

With Human Engineering I provide help to all interested humans that feel that they can get more out of their lives. As an experienced engineer I am trained to look broadly at challenges and find the most efficient solution. I can help you with chronical issues like low energy, intestinal challenges, burn-out, chronical pain that does not seem to improve and depressive symptoms. I can work with these wide range of challenges because I will look at your complete human (the brain and body are one unit!). With simple adjustments in your lifestyle we can make a great difference in how you perceive yourself and your life. Part of a healthy lifestyle is moving around and using your body. I teach Yoga and Crossfit classes at Move Lift Act and Breath gym in Utrecht. Aside of that I also offer personal training where I will help you to further optimize your human.
