Women Lighting Professionals (WLP)

The WLP provides information and advice to lighting professionals through events, publications and online in pursuit of an equitable world for all. The group works to encourage those who identify as women, our allies, friends and supporters to become actively involved and interested in lighting and to make the views of our members heard throughout the industry. WLP is a group for women, by women. Open to all to provide a supporting framework for betterment of underrepresented groups within the profession regardless of gender, age, orientation, ability, status or location.
