Bob Lafon IS "The Industry Weapon." With more than 30 years of diverse experience in the wireless & telecom industries, I specialize in helping companies within the Wireless space. The popular definition of insanity is "Doing the same thing over and over again expecting a different result." Sometimes you just need a fresh set of eyes and some objectivity. Unlike many in the Consulting World that specialize in the Wireless space, I'm not an ivory tower player. Even as an Executive, I've been working at ground level my entire career. The view from 30,000 feet isn't the same and Consulting from that level seldom brings results. In putting my money where my mouth is, rather than charging extravagant retainers, I offer my services to clients for a nominal retainer with bonuses tied to my results.
