תוכנית בהשתתפות 20 סטודנטים מוכשרים ושאפתנים, שנמצאו מתאימים מבין עשרות רבות של סטודנטים, אשר העשייה החברתית בוערת בהם והם נכונים לתרום לקהילה. הסטודנטים מצוותים ל 20 גמלאי העיר הרצליה במטרה להצליח לייצר קשר רגשי ואישי גם מחוץ למפגשי התכנית.
התכנית הינה מטעם אגודת הסטודנטים, בשיתוף פעולה עם עיריית הרצליה ומפעל הפיס ומפגשיה המשותפים מתקיימים באוניברסיטת רייכמן.
