So far, the podcast has focused on guests who are now programmers but started without a comp-sci degree. I find most podcasts are a sales pitch for something, but I am trying to avoid that in my discussions. They have really interesting stories (especially their motivations) and I will continue to look for more diversity there.
Recently, I am expanding my guest repertoire with a self-taught startup founder and a senior recruiter for a scale-up. The idea is to add leaders, mentors, managers, etc, that are invested in driving inclusion.
