Project Summary Real Estate Development Project Main Goal: INVA’s main mission is to help provide local farmers that had been affected by Covid-19 with stable income sources by growing sustainable and healthy crops to sell.The INVA project’s objective is to develop an area of 225 rai in Kanchanaburi, to be a breeding ground for agricultural products without pesticides. The main products are the products of the locals along with agricultural tourism for those who are interested in eating food produced without pesticides, chemical fertilizers and want to spend time off during the holidays.This chemical-free agriculture approach aims to generate income for people in the area to support themselves which will help to reduce dependence on external factors. The vision is to sell local products with the goal to generate income for farmers so they are able to take care of the area and the land. Private Equity Fund: In this project, INVA aims to create stable and rising wealth for its stakeholders by implementing a comprehensive investment strategy that aligns with their financial goals and risk tolerance. The company will utilize its expertise in asset management and investment analysis to identify and invest in a diversified portfolio of high-quality assets across different asset classes and geographies. INVA will also prioritize environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors in its investment decisions to ensure that its portfolio contributes to sustainable and responsible economic growth. Through these efforts, INVA intends to provide long-term value to its investors and contribute to the development of a more sustainable and equitable global economy.
