The IPIAN

Founded in 2020, IPIAN began its journey with a single villa with a capacity of three bedrooms. The company was born out of concern for the paradigm of many lands being leased and sold by the community for large-scale tourism development, resulting in the community eventually becoming mere spectators in the rapid growth of the tourism business. Additionally, the development of tourism accommodations using vast tracts of land has led to the reduction of green spaces and water absorption areas. IPIAN emerged with a mission to change this paradigm. We believe that the community should not only be spectators in this development but also become the main actors who utilize the potential of their own land. With this spirit, IPIAN invites landowners to join in a joint venture scheme, where they can enjoy the benefits of property investment on their own land. This not only improves family economies but also preserves ancestral lands as part of the cultural values we hold dear. Through this partnership, IPIAN is committed to presenting an eco-friendly accommodation and recreation concept, starting from the use of recycled building materials to the minimal use of land, thus supporting the preservation of green spaces.
