The JYSK Group was originally established in 2001 as Derma-Rx (Asia-Pacific) Pte Ltd, the parent company of the well-known The DRx Clinic and The DRx Medispa. In 2010, a foreign multi-national corporation acquired some of the businesses under the Derma-Rx (AP) umbrella and in 2010, the name Derma-Rx (AP) was changed to The JYSK Group to continue building on its earlier achievements while incorporating new businesses.
Now, the JYSK Group operates successful businesses in the diverse arenas of:

• Manufacture and distribution of skincare products
• Investments in medical devices and pharmaceuticals
• Food and beverage
• Real estate investments in Singapore and overseas
The JYSK Group functions as an umbrella firm to several companies incorporated in Singapore and is affiliated to several more overseas. It continues to hold great promise for the future, having built an international reputation in the various fields it is involved in.
