VALUATIONS We conduct valuations for local and international clients such as investment funds, financial institution, insurance companies, private and public institutions, property owners and investors. The purpose, type and nature of the valuation are determined according to the purpose and needs of the client. We are known for our throughness and for the confidence we inspire in our clients. 2. DUE DILIGENCES The K Advisors develops due diligence processes mainly for investors or sellers, in which we analyze all types of assets in Portugal. Our in-depth knowledge and network allow us to advise our clients in terms of investment and market value, construction status, exit strategies and risk management. 3. CONSULTANCY & PROJECT MANAGEMENT The Consultancy & Project Management team will be responsible for consulting services and project management projects with monitoring of all the activities and coordination of the different specialties that can be associated to both the Valuation and Due Diligences departments, supporting the client in its relationship with different entities. The K Advisors will be able to assure and coordinate different specialties, namely Urbanism, Architecture, Infrastructures, Eng Design Projects and Environmental.
