The Kitchen Project will change Auckland’s foodscape by supporting food entrepreneurs who are starting out, providing them with affordable commercial kitchen space for product development and mentoring. These businesses will be financially sustainable and bring healthier and diverse food choices to the communities of west Auckland.
We supply a kitchen and run a programme for those starting out in the food industry. Businesses can use the kitchen to test their products, our programme works with established industry professionals to help mentor business owners.
