Working side-by-side with private developers, public agencies and associated design professionals, our Studio creates functional outdoor spaces that are both imaginative and cost efficient. Our work covers urban/mixed use, commercial/retail/office and industrial parks, hospitality, residential and community master planning, new parks, existing park renovations, urban design, community gardens and transportation enhancement. Our Studio is very effective leading community presentations and public workshops, encouraging stakeholder participation and obtaining valuable public input. Services Land Planning services provide an all-inclusive course of action. This includes Site Evaluation; Identification of Project Goals; Creation of a Project Program; and, Identification of our Client’s Vision, Timeline and Development Objectives. The result is a potential site/project that is better understood and a process that is much more predictable. Landscape Architecture is the core of our professional practice. Our studio addresses all site-related aspects of land design, residential development and parks/open space planning. From site evaluation, programming, site planning and conceptual design, through City entitlements, design development, construction documents and construction observation. Land Entitlement services address land-use, environmental and associated approvals required by jurisdictions. Understanding and managing land-use processes is key to successful and efficient development review. Orchestrating development plan review processes, leading presentations to community groups and governmental agencies.
