The Lamm Group started out as a dominant Creditor’s’ Rights department of a general practice law firm that had been established in 2004. The department continued to emerge, embarking on a venture and re-engineering their practice to focus on specialty Collections, Bankruptcy, Work-outs and Business Banking Loan transactional work. As an independent Creditor’s Rights firm, the Lamm Group has become a premier service provider handling litigation matters such as: delinquent equipment lease enforcement, commercial and consumer workouts, recovery litigation, collections, bankruptcy and mortgage foreclosures. The Lamm Group also specializes in Business Banking Lending documentation, 504 and 507(a) SBA Documentation practice and sophisticated syndicating and assignment of Equipment Leases to National Banks through Program Agreements and Vendor Wholesale National Programs. We appreciate the need to be “business partners” with our clients by providing a support system of other clients and business partners with whom we have relationships enhancing each clients’ business growth through new referrals. The Lamm Group has established a broad, national network of clients, industry leaders, and consultants who are active sources of referrals.
