The Learning Nexus

The Learning Nexus provides services for educators with a consistently personal, accessible, and flexible approach tailored to individual needs, and levels of experience. Our mission is to provide educators, at every level, with a range of tools that encapsulate the nexus of cognitive research, equity, and cultural competence. As a result, educators will be able to use these tools in instruction, supervision, evaluation, and coaching to close opportunity gaps and improve student outcomes. Courses and Workshops include: -Teaching All Students: Equity and Classroom Management Synthesizes consideration of race, class, trauma with refining tools for behavior management -Facilitating Student Voice Emphasize relevance and student connections to content to ensure rigorous discourse
