The Lineup was founded in 2020 as a program to help develop emerging talent working in New York City's top restaurants. The platform provides an opportunity to up and coming chefs by giving them the infrastructure to execute a one night only pop up restaurant for paying guests. Along the way, chefs get a taste of all the components that go into opening one's own restaurant - from planning and ordering, to staffing, to recipe development, and even the selection of decor and styling of their very own concept.
