About The Lockdown Room

The Lockdown Room, located on London City Island, was born out of lockdown in 2021 and is now a local favourite bringing the East London community together. Whether that be from a glass of fizz with friends, a chilled lunch break, or to enjoy a taste of Mexico with our food concept Taco Hut - we love serving good times. We host a variety of community events- quiz nights, live music evenings, brunches, Pottery & Prosecco, Halloween, NYE - there is always something going on! Or how about hosting your own private event? Perfect for birthday celebrations, Summer/ Christmas parties, engagement drinks, book launches and anything in between! In - house brewery, Hopewell Brewery, has also just launched on our mezzanine - re-named as the Brew Lounge! Perfect for beer lovers, and intimate celebrations. We hope to see you soon!
