PROJECT MANAGEMENT •Responsible for all craft, engineer, and designer safety working on the project. •Develop project objectives, designs, scopes of works, proposals, bidding, and negotiate contracts. •Develop project execution plan, safety plan, procurement strategy, budget, and schedule. •Responsible for hiring project team members, engineering firms, suppliers and contractors. •Responsible for project cost control, forecasting and cash flow reporting. •Review and approve project change orders. •Responsible for safe project construction, commissioning, startup, and O&M training. •Travel to client or project site. PROJECT DEVELOPMENT •Develop project cost and benefits. •Responsible for feasibility study and conceptual design. •Develop project implementation, procurement, and contracting strategy. •Develop front-end engineering design (FEED). ENGINEERING MANAGEMENT •Determine engineering approach to meet client objectives. •Develop technical scopes of work. •Determine best value for implementation of the project. •Coordinate engineering services. •Respond to contractor RFI’s and submittals. •Lead project design meetings. •Provide quality review of work.
