We experience all sorts of losses, endings and change in our lives even the loss of community, connection, confidence, jobs, relationships and of course, of loved ones. We're on a mission to challenge the status quo and to provide life affirming programmes that gives people the tools and confidence to support themselves and their communities.
From our experience creativity & the arts are great tools to help us unlock how we feel, find meaning, provide some respite and even fun from our grief and loss. We're interested in how these life experiences can transform and change us.
