I have had the privilege of working in the corporate, mergers & acquisitions team of a large international law firm, as well as in senior positions of in-house legal teams of publicly listed companies. Through my legal career, I have worked in a law firm for clients in various jurisdictions (including, amongst others, Canada, the UK, South Africa) and I have been the instructing client working with law firms in various jurisdictions (including, amongst others, the USA, the Netherlands, the UK, Italy, France, the UAE).
