The MakerSpace Foundation is a company based out of 51 Station Drive, Durban, Kwa-Zulu Natal, South Africa.
At the end of 2018 we were announced as a finalist in the Google Impact Challenge (winning $125 000) to continue our 4IR skills building and education.
We want to see 200 MakerSpaces opened across Southern Africa and be a part of co-ordinating cross border collaboration and transfer of knowledge and skills.
Although the Foundation is new we have been operating since 2013
