About The Manduva Project
The Manduva Project is a gourmet artisinal pickle, sprinkle/podi and fryums business from Hyderabad. We also source spices and condiments from remote parts of South India directly from farmers. Our products are made with farm fresh ingredients and preservative free making them healthy and clean to eat. We employ rural Andhra women to make our products - the experts at this to provide them with additional livelihoods. We believe in creating opportunities for them to prevent migration in search of economic opportunities. Our products are made in two villages in Andhra Pradesh and shipped pan India currently from Hyderabad. Our products can be used for contemporary cooking as marinades, salad garnishes and flavour enhancers - we have an assortment from the humble ginger pickle and sesame podi to ginger palm jaggery.
