As an environmentally and socially conscious developer, Maven handles all of the various aspects of our development projects, creating value for our partners in every step of the process with its capabilities including site identification, land use planning, zoning analysis, comprehensive construction services, environmental risk management, renewable energy, structured finance, and leasing. The Maven Group’s portfolio includes urban and student housing residential units, retail, light/industrial/warehouse and indoor recreational properties in the Washington DC, metropolitan area and New Jersey. On behalf of its managing members and local partners, Maven’s in house staff leases and manages in excess of 500k SF of commercial space and continues to pursue both income producing and development opportunities across the region.
