The Max & George Trust

Based in Staffordshire, The Max & George Trust is an independent non profit, charitable dog rescue organisation that cares for homeless dogs until they are ready to find new home and be adopted. Sadly, not all dogs are suitable for rehoming, but when MGT Dog Rescue commits to a dog for life, so unlike other rescues we don't give up and put a dog to sleep. Instead, we do our best to rehabilitate and care for the dog. MGT also specialises in the rescue and adoption of dogs with Leishmaniasis and supporting their owners MGT Dog Rescue relies on help from volunteers to walk, groom, feed and clean the dogs as well as donations from the public to keep going. Donations come in many forms from financial, food through to towels, old blankets etc and cleaning products. Our monthly vet bills can be eye watering so we appreciate it when people come forward to help with fundraising suggestions, just like Jamie who raised £600 to help us pay for urgent medical treatment
