The Meditation Course

Welcome to my website, I'm Robert Mitchell, creator of The Meditation Course. The Meditation Course is the latest evolution of my training which I have been developing since 2013. Over the last eight years I have run thousands of training sessions in classes, courses and retreats. I also run two podcasts with thousands of downloads each month. As well as being the home of the course, this site is also the home of The Loving Awareness Meditation Course Podcast. My goal is to teach as many people as possible the skills and tools that I used to change my life for the better.
