The Meditation Course is the latest evolution of my training which I have been developing since 2013. Over the last eight years I have run thousands of training sessions in classes, courses and retreats. I also run two podcasts with thousands of downloads each month.

My goal is to teach as many people as possible the skills and tools that I used to change my life for the better.
