We are The Metis Project, a student-led organization that provides free tutoring to grades K-8. We are a team of over 100 tutors from some of the best high schools in the United States, including Stuyvesant High School, The Bronx High School of Science, and Brooklyn Technical High School. Having served over 200 families through our summer and fall tutoring, we continue to provide excellent test preparation, supplementary education, and fun activities to students around the nation.
The Metis Project was initially founded to help students struggling from the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. Today, we still have a thriving community of tutors who value helping students with few academic opportunities. By directing passion and commitment toward the education of the youth, The Metis Project equips the rising generation with the knowledge required to achieve success.
