MF Apprenticeship program is a 3-6 months program, initiated by Makhzoumi Foundation, and managed by the foundation's HR Department since May 2020.
It consists of classroom based & online trainings, hands on experience, and mentorship in all the functions of the HR field; including but not limited to Recruitment, Training and Development, Interviews, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Appraisal, NSSF and labor law.
It aims to provide HR graduates all the resources and support to acquire real work experience, extend their knowledge and skills and help them achieve measurable competencies for successful employment.
At the completion of this program, the apprentice is awarded a certificate and a recommendation letter.
