A Mental Health digital magazine published every two months to cover topics related to mental well-being and good practices happening in this space. The magazine is published in English and Hindi, and sold across India to target audience across various socio-economic strata. The mission of the magazine is not only to speak openly about the mental health crisis in India, but also to share mental health stories of hope, positivity and explore several intersections. These stories will serve the double purpose of starting the long overdue conversation about mental health in a non-threatening manner, as well as serving as an outstretched hand to those struggling with similar issues, who may be inspired to open up and seek treatment.
