Through trauma-informed training, wellbeing workshops, peer support, mentoring and enterprise programmes, we empower individuals and organisations to build resilience, embrace challenges, and drive positive, meaningful and tangible change. Our mission is to reduce barriers, champion mental health, and support the personal and professional growth of under-represented groups, enabling them to unlock their full potential and create a lasting impact. OUR PURPOSE The purpose of The Mind Tribe UK is to transform lives through mental health education, inclusive enterprise support, and growth mindset development. We provide accessible, evidence-based programmes and resources to nurture psychological resilience, promote wellbeing, and inspire personal and professional growth. By embracing diversity and inclusivity, we strive to break down barriers, build authentic connections, and create lasting change for individuals and communities facing mental health challenges, adversity, or marginalisation. OUR VALUES - Passion - Positivity - Purpose MEET THE FOUNDER: KATIE MATTHEWS-FURPHY Katie Matthews-Furphy is a multi-award-winning, disabled entrepreneur, mental health facilitator, and inclusive entrepreneurship trainer, mentor and advocate. With over 15 years of lived/living experience with mental illness and 7 years living with disability and chronic health conditions, Katie has directly trained and supported over 14,000 people across the world.
