Originating as a creative project/outlet, The Mindful Steward has evolved from a publication, into a podcast, and now to a business where we teach individuals & work teams the neuroscience-backed tools and techniques that manage stress, promote empathetic communication, and support positive mental wellbeing. This work helps leaders and employees alike foster positive workplace cultures around mental health, all while providing measurable boosts in employee satisfaction & engagement.
