I’m Sarah! A mother of 4, a wife and a mental health advocate. MENTAL HEALTH FIRST AID Sarah is a Mental Health First Aid Master Facilitator. She is licenced to teach the Standard MHFA and Youth MHFA course. Sarah brings her lived experience when teaching MHFA which creates the perfect balance of education and empathy with participants. WORKSHOPS & PRESENTATIONS Sarah loves to talk. One of her many strengths that has proved very beneficial. With life experience and a burning desire to share her message, Sarah keeps audiences of all ages engaged and captivated. When presenting Sarah is real, she draws on her past experiences, her vulnerabilities, and her passion to inspire and to influence change amongst her audience. Change starts within the mind. By changing the way we think and the words we speak we can truly change our lives.
