The Miniature Bakery was born in 2007 when a team of highly experienced master-bakers and chocolatiers developed a superlative range of chocolate cakes and biscuits. Combining the traditions of craft bakery and a continental flair for delicate flavours, our master-bakers and chocolatiers have blended tastes and textures of biscuit, cake and premium chocolate confectionery to create an entirely new and utterly irresistible expression of the master baker’s art – we call it fusion bakery.
