Hi, my name is Kate (The Monday Coach) - welcome! My mission is to empower you to become the healthiest & happiest version of yourself. I'm a qualified Sport & Exercise Scientist, Pilates Instructor (Mat & Reformer), Personal Trainer and Health & Nutrition Coach, as well as an ex-corporate girl.
