Monolith is the inventor and patent holder of Direct Pay Letter of Credit financing for life insurance, commonly known as bond financing. Through the use of our proprietary strategies, Monolith has raised over a billion dollars for premium payments on behalf of clients. Monolith takes a decisively collaborative approach to working with clients and their advisors. We do not directly manage assets, funds, or proceeds and our methods do not require the movement of assets. We raise capital for clients, not from them. This allows Monolith to integrate into a client’s existing team without fear of conflict of interest – thus enhancing existing plans and strategies to grow and preserve wealth.
