A brand new two-storey studio space delivering our unique training method and the worlds-first audio guided hot:cold immersion software with state of the art ice baths and sauna. The Space: Much like our first studio, the gym space is flooded with natural light, benefitting from large windows at both the front and rear of the unit. To compliment this, our design includes natural materials as well as unique flooring made from wood flour and linseed which looks incredible whilst lending itself perfectly to our style of training. The vision for our lower ground is to continue the sense of natural energy but with soft lighting and calming tones. Our sauna and ice immersion space will feature state-of-the-art ice baths and a bespoke wet sauna. The Move Method: Our class based training methodology is built on our three pillars of mobility, strength and conditioning. The method has been refined in a class environment over the last five years and is industry leading in terms of ratings and results. Move Fulham will offer 35+ classes per week. These will include Range, Flow, Kettlebells, Rings, Condition and Primal. As well as classes we will offer workshops, courses and Personal Training. Change Your State: The worlds first ever heat and ice software that delivers audio guided protocols to move you from one state to another. Users will be able to book sessions of 15, 30 and 60 minutes and then select from a host of protocols to ensure the exact response that they are after. This may be a 15 minute Morning Energiser or a 30 minute journey from sore to recovered. We will also be using our immersion space to host heat and ice classes as well as 3-6 week courses.
