• Organize the details in cleaning, utilities, window treatments, alarm systems, locksmiths, repairs, programming home amenities, carpet cleaning, etc.
• Initiate all activities for vacating the former property - utilities, repairs, etc.
• Direct furniture & box placement, unpack, organize and set up everything from spices to clothing to electronics etc.
