The N Crowd

The N Crowd is a short form improv comedy troupe based in Philadelphia, PA. They pride themselves on their professional, creative shows they produce. Their highly interactive show has become a pillar of improv comedy in the city. The N Crowd has been performing weekly shows in Philadelphia since April 22nd, 2005. As of March 2015, the troupe has appeared over 600 times in the Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs. Besides their weekly shows, The N Crowd has appeared at the Renaissance Academy in Phoenixville, Jefferson University, Ursinus College, Eastern University, and was a featured attraction at Bethlehem’s First Night on New Year’s Eve. The N Crowd has also particpated in the Philly Fringe Festival, the Philadelphia Improv Festival, the Richmond Improv Festival, the Toronto Improv Festival, and the North Carolina Comedy Arts Festival. Local newspapers have called The N Crowd “Philadelphia’s premier improv comedy troupe” (Philadelphia Style Magazine) and “Giving the city a much needed giggle” (Philadelphia Weekly). In 2008, 2010, and 2013, The N Crowd was named “Best Comedy Club” by City Voters Hot List. The N Crowd can be seen every Friday at the Actors Center, located at 257 N. 3rd Street in Philadelphia, PA.
