At The Nature Nurture, we offer creative sensory nature connection workshops in wonderful natural spaces. Using sensory and innovative exercises to tap into the powers of nature to nurture your wellbeing, our workshops and wellness days will help you re-connect, awaken your creative imagination, and leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed and inspired.
Based around the Japanese practice of ‘Forest Bathing or Shinrin Yoku’ and combining mindful observation, breathing and relaxation techniques with crafts and creativity sessions, think of us as a nature spa for the body, mind and spirit!
Available for individual, team or organisational events, we also seek to work alongside the NHS and keyworkers to provide workshops as social prescribing or 'pay it forward' sessions for those who would benefit but otherwise not be able to access our services.
