The Next Vision

𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐌𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧: To empower young people, especially young women, to make informed, confident career choices through short interviews with professionals from around the world. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐦 𝐖𝐞 𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐯𝐞: Instead of relying only on Google searches or family members in a certain field, students can now hear directly from professionals about what it’s like to work in a specific area. We provide real-world insights about career responsibilities, challenges, and regional demand, all tailored to the young person’s interest and location. 𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐓𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐀𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: We serve youth aged 17–25, from high school graduates to university students and fresh graduates entering the job market. Our content is useful for in every fields. 𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐀𝐢𝐦: To reduce uncertainty, boost confidence, and offer real examples of career paths. We help youth find direction through practical stories and actionable guidance. 𝐋𝐞𝐝 𝐁𝐲 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: This is a student-led, volunteer-driven initiative built by and for youth, to connect, learn, and grow together. 4 different nationalities working together for the same goal. 𝐂𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬: Completely free. We believe that career guidance and mentorship should be accessible to all, regardless of background.
