The company was founded in 1942 by Ibrahim Abdel Hafiz, a pioneering Egyptian industrialist, who shaped the company’s growth and built its stellar reputation. The Nile Co.’s product range includes decorative handmade cement tiles, terrazzo tiles, quartzite and single-layer tiles for indoor and outdoor use. We control the entire supply chain, owning and operating the quarries from which the raw materials for the tiles are extracted, the production facilities that manufacture our products, and the retail outlets that distribute them.
