The Nonstandard Project (STAND) is a 100+ BIPOC youth organization spanning 9 countries and 50+ schools, founded by 2 women of color who wanted make activism both communal and accessible. Our social media pages have amassed 500,000 online impressions, with 17+ registered chapters across 5 countries. Recognizing the lack of pan-racial solidarity within youth activism, the STAND community acts as a safe space for BIPOC who seek opportunities to further their own community and bring healing back into activist spaces.
