I created The Nosedive Project with the aim of promoting mental health awareness among individuals, particularly college students. The project achieves this goal by analyzing and providing insights on user messages. Through this approach, users can gain a better understanding of their mental health status, identify areas that require improvement, and take proactive steps towards achieving optimal mental wellbeing.
