We complete specifications to pack copy stage, collating information on ingredients, raw materials and nutrition, ensuring the information meets current food labelling information.
For the smaller baker, we can advise on distance selling regulations within the food industry, helping them become compliant with their basic labels for pre packed foods.
For the Restaurateur, we have a fantastic new resource for digital menus allowing restaurants to display menus online with all nutritional and allergen information being transparent ,right at point of sale, building trust with the customer, adding value to the menu and increasing profits.
The Nutrient Gap also works with restaurants to adapt menus to become healthier which is now becoming widely accepted, especially as the Governments new Obesity Strategy is in consultation, which will be introduced to restaurants and food outlets in the future.
