The Oak Project Christian Mentoring Program

Oak Project exists to create intergenerational relationships through a once a month, year-long, Christian mentoring program that engages topics of human flourishing in order to equip, support and activate both generations to become beacons of light and hope in our city. We connect motivated Gen Z and Millennials with experienced mentors for the purpose of self-development and intentional relationship. The Oak Project is a ministry through Operation Andrew Group, a non-profit organization that has been serving Middle TN for over 25 years.
