The Observership Alumni

The concept of a JCA Observership Alumni is born out of the feeling that the value, talent, and energy of the observership cohort is profound but with no structured post-observership program, connection to this valuable group is lost at the end of each Observership year. In establishing a JCA Observership Alumni, we hope to foster the relationships made during the program and provide an opportunity for past observers to regroup after their year as an observer comes to an end. We intend for the the OA to facilitate ongoing networking opportunities amongst the observership alumni cohort and with business and philanthropic leaders, provide continued education and create mentoring partnerships across the community.
