The ODC Group

The ODC is a group of management professionals focused on executive coaching, neuroscience, leadership learning, open systems theory and organisation development as a system-wide process of planned change aimed toward improving overall effectiveness by way of enhanced congruence of such organisational dimensions as external environment, mission, strategy, leadership, culture, structure, information and reward system, and work policies and procedures. We aim to work with others inspired by leading edge developments in the field and to build a community of practice. .
