Over 15 years I have worked as a trainer, consultant, BA, manager and technical writer in and around Microsoft products. I know the Microsoft products inside out, I'm a Microsoft Certified Trainer and PROSCI certified change manager so I know how to do change and training that bring quantifiable benefits to both individuals, teams and organisations.
