Growing with Greenville's economy, The Office Centers added multiple locations, acquired competing executive office suite companies, and adjusted services to the ever-changing needs of businesses. The Office Centers is now the Upstate's executive office suite leader serving more than 170 companies in 3 locations. In 2013 local real estate businessmen Jon Pickhardt and Benjamin Smith, owners of sister company Flagship Properties and Flagship Property Management, acquired ownership and commenced operations.
