Founded in 1990, The Office Centers was established to fill the niche of the much needed full-service office suites and business services in Greenville, SC. Growing with Greenville's economy, The Office Centers added multiple locations, acquired competing executive office suite companies, and adjusted services to the ever-changing needs of businesses. The Office Centers is now the Upstate's executive office suite leader serving more than 170 companies in 3 locations. In 2013 local real estate businessmen Jon Pickhardt and Benjamin Smith, owners of sister company Flagship Properties and Flagship Property Management, acquired ownership and commenced operations.
