The Old Synagogue

Opening in November 2019, the historic buildings of the Fremantle Synagogue were beautifully restored to create this unique hospitality precinct. The venue has received many accolades including WA's Hotel of the Year at the 2020 AHA Awards and more recently Autralia's Best Restaurant at the National AHA Awards in 2022. The precinct comprises a modern Asian restaurant "Tonic & Ginger", craft beer and wine bar "Mr Chapple", hidden speakeasy "L'Chaim" and three level, outdoor beer and wine garden "The Arbor".
