The OML Project

A Saint Louis Tech Startup located in the Fountain Park community the OML Project (Cisco Networking Academy) is a social enterprise organization with the mission to provide employment pathways and economic growth opportunities to the community it serves. We hold to these statutes to promote community hope, community empowerment and community wealth while providing sound technical IT educational training in a mentoring environment. Our mission is to provide IT career pathways via IT Infrastructure Technical training, certification and employment pathways for underrepresented communities in the technology field. This consists of a (19wk to 76wk) program with targeted individualize curriculum instructed by certified, dedicated and knowledgeable staff. This is accomplished by providing a state-of-the-art training facility, using innovative training ideas, providing specialized formal/informal classroom instructions coupled with hands-on practical experiences with the latest IT infrastructure technologies, based upon the OSI Reference Model, and job classification guidelines set forth by the USDOL and IT industry standards. OML is committed to providing our corporate partners with employees that are technically knowledgeable and trained to exceed the challenges of a Computer Support Specialist (NAICS 15-1151 and 15-1152).
