The Onsite Coach began as a side program to running a gym and cafe full-time. It was constructed for frustrated business owners constantly experiencing staff on light duties for manual handling injuries.
It is presumed that people know how to protect their bodies as they lift, carry and hold. As a weightlifting coach I can tell you most do not. PRESUMPTION IS AN INJURY WAITING TO HAPPEN.
